A COLLECTION IN FOUR STEPS
From files to a finished catalog.
1. Add up to 20 product images
Use JPG, PNG, or WebP. Each file must be under 10 MB and 16 megapixels. White or simple backgrounds work best. Images are fitted inside the page without cropping. For efficient PDFs, copies are resized to a maximum 1600-pixel edge and converted to JPEG against white; your original files are unchanged.
2. Import your product table
Upload a UTF-8 CSV or TSV file, or paste cells copied from a spreadsheet, including the header row. Include SKU and Name. Optional columns: Material, Size, Image. Maximum 20 products and 300 characters per cell. Other columns, including prices, are ignored. Importing a table replaces the previous table.
Use the exact image filename in the Image column (for example MUG-001.jpg). When Image is blank, the SKU is matched to the filename without its extension. Matching ignores letter case. Duplicate filenames or missing matches need a manual selection.
3. Review and arrange
Choose 4 or 6 products per page. Edit any row to correct text or choose a photo. Product order follows your table. Change the catalog title, brand label, and subtitle. Missing images, duplicate SKUs, unsupported characters, and text that cannot fit must be fixed before export.
4. Download your PDF
The preview is the actual PDF. Download produces US Letter pages (8.5 × 11 inches). This is an RGB catalog for digital sharing or ordinary printing, not a CMYK commercial press file. Check quantities, specifications, spelling, and image quality before distributing it.
Keep your work
There is no saved project history. Refreshing or closing the page clears your collection. Download before you leave. The sample collection is demonstration content and is not a product offer.
